The short version

Arkansans for Pension Integrity collects contact information only when you choose to provide it through the petition or by contacting the campaign. The campaign operates the public research pages with no analytics tracker.

Petition submissions

The petition is hosted and processed by Action Network. When you submit its form, Action Network processes the information and makes it available to Arkansans for Pension Integrity as the organization administering the petition. The campaign uses that information to record support, administer the petition, respond to requests, and send campaign communications only when the form and your choices authorize them.

Action Network may collect technical and form data under its own privacy policy. If the embedded form is blocked or unavailable, the Take Action page provides a direct link to the same petition.

Email and source questions

Messages sent to info@arpensions.org contain the information you choose to include and are used to respond to the message, maintain campaign correspondence, or complete the action you requested. Please keep account numbers, government identification, and other sensitive personal records out of email.

The site is published through GitHub Pages. It loads the Mulish, League Spartan, and IBM Plex Mono font files through Google Fonts, and the Pico base stylesheet through jsDelivr. A visitor’s browser therefore makes network requests to those providers, which may receive ordinary request data such as an IP address, user-agent string, and referring page under their own privacy practices. External links likewise take you to sites with their own privacy practices. The Action Network script is loaded only on the Take Action page.

The external District Finder is linked from the Arkansas Legislature’s Legislators page. An address entered in that service goes to the District Finder, not to this website or Arkansans for Pension Integrity.

Your choices

For a question about campaign-held contact information, an update request, or a deletion request, email info@arpensions.org with the subject Privacy request. Include enough information for the campaign to identify the relevant submission without sending sensitive identification.
