Attached are two articles detailing Auditor Milligan’s recent work on the two pension boards he sits on which recently voted
to invest up to $50 million apiece in Israeli bonds. Feel free to pass along to any member states you think might be
interested. The Auditor has very good contacts with the development corporation in case any other states are interested in
learning more.
